My meditation There are countless
types of meditations, adapted for different purposes. I will describe a
meditation that has proven effective for relaxation and renewal energies.
This meditation for someones is easy to master, for others there will be some
problems. But nature is fair. Those who quickly mastered meditation are also
more susceptible to all sorts of adverse effects, get sick faster and
meditation need more than those who have more troubles to master it. Appropriate posture for
meditation is sitting with the backbone upright, legs spaced so that they are
parallel, open palms face up, lying on the thighs. We also can lying what is
more suitable for longer meditation. Meditation in nature in a peaceful
environment and pleasant weather is more effective than indoors. If we fall
asleep during meditation, it means that we are tired, or lack of sleeping. Imagine that you are
somewhere in nature where you feel good, eg. on the beach, in the wood, at a
lake, on the mountains, near a stream. If we do not have problems with
visualization, imagine an unknown, for you an ideal environment, but it will
work well also if you choose for known environment where you feel
comfortable. I will describe the beach, because it is often the chosen
environment. Imagine that you are
alone on the beach, or anywhere else, there's no one to bother you, as if you
are on a desert island. For begining you can wander along the shore or lying
on the beach. Those with less energy will be more likely responded to lie on
the beach, then walk around. Observe the environment, for example, sandy
beach somewhere, somewhere rocky, clear water, blue sky, pleasant
temperature, not hot, sometimes a little wind blows, the sun pleasantly warm,
rare trees where shade can be found, in the background several trees and
hills. This is just an example, the environment may also be different,
depending on what you prefer. Those who can
"see" environment, has a good starting point for meditation. Those
who does not "see" it, let visualize, imagine what environment look
like. If you until now walked
along the beach, now find a suitable place to lie down. It can be warm stone
slabs or warm sand, grass or shade under tree. Now try to perceive the
environment. What is the temperature, let it be nice, clear sky, maybe a few
clouds, the murmur of the waves that break on coastline rocks act calming,
"hear" the sound of seagulls, detect wind that sometimes blows,
warm stone slabs or sand lying on them. The air is clean and proximity of the
sea and the forest is full of energy. More you will feel, recognize
environment, greater will be effect of meditation. Now we start with
relaxation, this is an important part of meditation. If we do it well, we
almost do a lot of meditation. Relax the forehead, relax your mouth, relax
the chest, feel easy to breathe, relax your shoulders, relax the abdomen,
feeling almost as if it does not exist. Relax arms, let lay loosely at the
body. For beginners arms can lay on the body, later we need to outgrow this
way. Relax your legs, the muscles are relaxed, at the beginning you can feel
some weight in legs. Relax all the muscles of body and all organs. This is an important
part of meditation and already contribute to our relaxation and eliminate
some symptoms, for example nervousness, high blood pressure, problems
resulting from negative emotions. Those who will not succeed next level of
meditation, can remain at this stage. Now we shall try to
continue meditation. We start to connect ourself with environment, nature, at
the level of energies, vibrations. Through our energy fields, aura, we
connect ourself with the energies of nature and imagine that we are one with
energy of nature. These are energy of for example, soil, rocks, sea, plants,
sky. Perceive or imagine pleasant vibrations, energies in nature around us
which make us feel fine. These energies relax us, treated us, give power,
give feeling that we are connected with nature, we are one with nature, whole.
We have feeling that in nature we can at any time get everything we need,
relaxation, energy, health. We also feel, know, that now we have clear mind,
so we can much easier find solutions for our problems. First we will try to
detect our energy body; this is actually the body which is now lying on the
beach. As for that body time and space do not exist, so we can do it. Now we
pay attention to see if we can detect pain or pressure somewhere in the body,
or if any part of the body is cold. This represents an energy imbalance, a
lack of energy, or an energy blockage; and implies the possibility that
health is not as it should be, or that there will be health problems arising. Imagine that the
disordered part of the body is especially healed by the heat of the sun. We
can bury our cold legs into the warm sand. If we detect a problem on our
back, we can turn it to the sun, or lie down on the warm sand, or warm stone
slabs. If we have too much of bad energy, for example in our stomach, due to
nervousness and worries, additional heating by the sun will probably not be
pleasant. In this case we need to get rid of the bad energy. If we do not have too
much of an energy deficit, after some time charging with the energy we can
feel pressure on certain parts of the body, or we become hot and can no
longer maintain this position on this point. That means that we have enough
or too much energy, or that we need to get rid of the bad energy. We can find
cooler ground, maybe slightly damp and lie down on our stomach. Such
situation is preferable to discharge from the bad energy. Even more effective
is slightly moist and therefore colder sand. Lie down on your stomach there
and slightly bury the body in the sand, so that sand surrounds us also by
side. Energetically very sensitive
people can perceive how the sand hauled from them bad energy. The feeling is
pleasant; people always feel lighter and more relaxed. If suitable, we can
also imagine that the sun warms our back. If lying on the cold sand is not
pleasant, it means that we have a lack of energy before all. Whoever succeeds this
meditation, can make a lot for their well-being and health this way. But this
can also be the starting point for broader awareness of certain situations or

language. Because the whole
meditation might be difficult to remember or learn it by heart, one of the
options is that you record it to a voice recorder, for example use cell phone
set to voice recorder. Speak slowly and make spaces between the individual
tasks with purpose to have enough time for exercising. If you use a cell
phone, it is better to use one that is not in use, that we would not be
interfere with calls. As speaker of the cell phone has not very pleasant
voice, it is better solution if through headphone jack cell phone is
connected to the computer speakers or stereo via the aux in jack. Another
option is someone else read slowly meditation making
